Return & Refund Policy
We have a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the day your item arrives to request a return.
What can be returned
All dresses are eligible for return within the 60-day window. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items returned outside these conditions cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
Email support@mariadavid-newyork.com or message us through our contact page. Include your order number, which you'll find in your confirmation email or on the invoice that came with your parcel.
Once your return is approved, we'll confirm the return address and send instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, in which case we cover the cost.
We do not provide a return label. You arrange and pay for return postage yourself, except in the cases above.
There is no restocking fee and no administration fee on returns.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the item you have, and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and issue your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued in US Dollars to your original payment method.
After the refund is processed, the money usually appears on your statement within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us and we'll follow it up.
