Refund Policy
Returns
Timeframe: You have 60 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: Returned items must be in the same condition as received – unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email support@mariadavid-newyork.com with the following details:

We will then provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to our facility.
Refunds
Procedure: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days), we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after our approval notification, please first check your bank or credit card statement. Then, contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still have an issue, contact us at support@mariadavid-newyork.com.
Costs & Shipping
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Return Address: Returns must be shipped to our designated returns facility. The specific address will be provided in your Return Authorization email.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@mariadavid-newyork.com with your order number and photos. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you at no charge.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
Due to our automated order processing system, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6 to 12 business days via our standard shipping partners. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date the carrier receives the package, not the date you placed your order.
